i think your front fork is backwards.

I never got the choice of a Pashley with the insurance company.Front fork has suspension, definately not backwards!

Mike, you were right, front forks are backwards!!My fault, I have turned the wheel the wrong way when tightening the handle bars!, I never noticed!!
